Jodi received her BA from the University of Florida and went on to pursue additional certification from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts.  She has extensive knowledge in food allergies, elimination diets, inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, micro and macronutrients, digestive issues, and Candida overgrowth.  She is an active member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP).

Jodi's education in holistic nutrition spawned out of personal need.  Her son suffers from severe food allergies and autoimmune diseases.  Conventional medicine couldn't provide answers and Jodi and her family turned to advanced nutritional therapies in order to address their issues.  Because of her real-life experience, Jodi is passionate about helping others, especially families, achieve their health goals.
